Olive Branch will participate in the National Day of Prayer gathering this Thursday, May 2, from 12:00 noon-12:30 p.m. at the Olive Branch Gazebo at the Olive Branch City Hall.

Mother’s Day – May 12

May 12 is Mother’s Day, and we will honor all mothers in our worship service that Sunday. Every mother present for Sunday School will receive a special gift from our church. Also, the mother of the youngest child present and the mother of the oldest child present in the worship service that day will receive gift cards to one of our local restaurants. We will hand out baby bottle banks to collect change for the Care Center. The bottles are to be returned on Father’s Day.

The LaBelle Haven Car Show and Craft Fair – May 18

The LaBelle Haven Third Annual Car Show and Craft Fair will be held on May 18, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Barbeque plates will be sold to help offset camp costs for both the LaBelle Kids and LaBelle Student ministries.

LaBelle Men’s Golf Tournament –May 23

There are spots left for the LaBelle Men’s golf tournament. The tournament will be held at the Greens of Irene on May 23. Tee time is 11:00 a.m. See Skip Brewer today at the Ticket Center to sign up and to pay if you have already signed up.

Mission Trip Fundraiser

Tickets are on sale for our Boston Butt Fundraiser.  These will be ready just in time for Memorial Day Weekend.  Pick-Up will be Thursday, May 23, from 3-6 p.m. and the cost is $60. Our goal is to help offset the cost of our Montana Trip as much as possible.  Our total cost is $1,200 per person, so stop by the Ticket Center and help support our mission efforts.

LaBelle Haven Concert Series

Save the dates!  This fall, LaBelle Haven will be hosting two concerts for our Congregation and the surrounding community. Our first concert will be hosting The Collingsworth Family on Thursday, August 8, in the evening. For the second, LaBelle will host Greater Vision on Sunday, October 13, also in the evening. Please mark these dates in your calendar and make special plans to attend.

Kid's Flower Sale Fundraiser

LaBelle Kids is having our second annual flower fundraiser sale to benefit kids camp. Hanging baskets are $15.00 and flats of colorful annuals are $20.00. These beautiful flowers come from Jones Greenhouse and will be here on May 8 just in time for Mother’s Day. Come by the Ticket Center today to order your flowers and help send a kid to camp!        The menu will consist of:  Hamburgers, French Fries, Salad, and Ice Cream for dessert.  Prices are $6 for adults and children 12 and over, and $3 for children under 12.
